Adjusting the heat

Astonished by Kuwait and the gastronomic dinning atmosphere, Jean -Yves visited a couple of Kuwaiti owned  restaurants and was impressed with the  menus, texture of food, presentations, originality and of course taste.
Jean Yves explaining the process

My friend and I were invited to cook with the chef since we are good friends of him, we arranged a kitchen in one of the hotels and started cooking.
Off with their heads

Sole reduced in oranges jus with white asparagus and turnips was the entrée followed by roasted chicken stuffed with blue cheese.

As you can see it was an interesting cooking class, scratch the nonsense xx

Chef Jean Yves enjoyed 4 restaurants;

  •  Openflame(B+F)
  • Maki
  • Nino
  • Prime&Toast
Take our survey and win dinner for 2.
